Stay Healthy and Fit at Hawthorn Woods Country Club!The Fitness Center at Hawthorn Woods Country Club is open to members 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and features cardio and strength training equipment, Group Exercise Classes as well as Personal Training. The center also offers a variety of health/wellness programming such as monthly blood pressure screenings, new equipment orientations and fitness assessments.
Members can utilize the facility's Treadmills, Elliptical’s, Free Weights and Weight machines while they listen to music or enjoy three (3) flat screen TV’s with plug-in capability. The center is "staffed" Monday - Friday between 7:00 am and 3:00 pm, or 11:00 am- 7:00 pm. During non-staffed hours, members can gain access to the facility via finger scan for his or her convenience.
Fitness Center Locker Rooms
Members have access to lockers in Men’s and Women’s locker rooms for daily usage at no additional fee. Lockers are used on a first come first serve basis and must be cleaned out after each use. Locker Room /workout towels and locker room toiletries are also available complimentary. See staff for any assistance with locker check out.
Fitness Center Hours
Fitness Center Staffed and doors unlocked: *7:00 am - 3:00 pm. Monday- Friday *Staffing shifts may vary.
24 Hour Access with Fingerprint Scan Entry (See Fitness Staff to have your finger scan set up).
Guests of HWCC members may use the Fitness Center for a $5 guest fee per visit. Guests must be accompanied by a HWCC member.
Members can take part in personal training or "Buddy Training" (2 people) in the Fitness Center. The Fitness Staff Personal Trainers are certified and experienced professionals who understand what it takes to help set and reach fitness and lifestyle goals.
1 hour Individual: $48 (10 pack purchase),or $60 single session.

Group Exercise Classes
Over 25 classes are offered monthly including Yogalates, Cross Train Challenge, Strength, Core or Rumba (dance). NEW- Class Pass- $45/mo. Come take as many classes as you like! See next page under Group Classes for latest class schedule or to sign up!
